I believe too many people settle for dry and stale grocery store bagels and English muffins. On top of being low quality and full of unnecessary additives, these bread products leave the consumer feeling unsatisfied and unwell.
The experience of a handmade product is far Superior (see what I did there 😉) than one commercially produced. When somebody eats a great bread product, their quality of life improves!
At Lift Bridge Bagels, all of the dough is made fresh from organic flour, cane sugar, yeast, sea salt, and Lake Superior water without any extra additives or preservatives. The Bagels and English Muffins from Lift Bridge Bagels are made by hand with a lot of love!
