I’m Lexy, and I have always been passionate about good food made with good ingredients.  In 2018, I experienced a great handmade bagel in New Zealand and set out on a mission to re create that amazing bagel.

Fast forward to December 2020 and, after a nudge to serve bagels in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI, I started making Bagel and Cream Cheese Boxes for pick up at the Superior Business Center.  Since then, I've had the opportunity to expand into the Whole Foods Coop and local coffee shops in the Twin Ports.  

A handmade product feels different than one commercially produced.  All of the bagels from Lift Bridge Bagels are made by hand with a lot of love!  The bagel dough is made from organic flour, cane sugar, yeast, sea salt, and Lake Superior water without any extra additives or preservatives.
